You should contact me on the 2nd or 3rd day after your baby’s birth to choose a date for the photo session. The shoot takes place between the 7th and 20th day.
Newborns don’t yet have a strict routine, but this isn’t a problem for the photographer. Typically, I will come to your home around 10-11 AM and spend as much time with your family as needed to take beautiful photos.
If during the session you need to feed the baby, rock them, or take care of any hygiene procedures, we’ll, of course, take a break.
Rest assured, the session will be calm and as comfortable as possible for your baby.
Preparation
Choose one room in your home and try to clear it of unnecessary items. I will bring lighting equipment with me, so I don’t rely on natural daylight from the window.
Keep everything nearby that you might need to change a diaper or prepare formula. If your baby is breastfed, make sure to wear comfortable clothing so you can feed them at any moment.
If your baby has an older sibling, you can and should bring them along, but please let me know in advance.
ESSENTIALS
